Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Flyzoya believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy all flight ticket and hotel reservation bookings are subject to the respective airline, hotel, and service provider cancellation and refund policies.

Flight tickets:

Cancellations and refunds are governed by airline fare rules. Any applicable airline cancellation charges, service fees, and taxes will be deducted before processing the refund.

Hotel reservations:

Hotel cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy of the selected hotel or accommodation provider, including no-show charges where applicable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days after confirmation from the airline or hotel provider. Service fees, convenience fees, and gateway charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

For B2B bookings, refunds and cancellations will be handled as per the contractual terms agreed with the partner.
Customers are advised to review the applicable cancellation policy carefully before confirming their booking.
